Once you’ve chosen a special promotional offer or a custom package and approved the primary design concept for any service, the initial deposit and project signup fee are non-refundable. This ensures efficient allocation of resources, covering the initial costs of planning, resource allocation, and preliminary work required to start your project.
**Complimentary Items and Services**
Any complimentary items or services provided by Three Sixty Logo, such as free posters or additional designs, are offered as a goodwill gesture and are therefore non-refundable. This policy ensures that these courtesy offerings are not subject to refund claims.
**Final Files and Communication**
Three Sixty Logo will provide final high-resolution files within 10 days. If the final files are not sent within this timeframe, the customer may request a refund. If Three Sixty Logo fails to respond to any communication within 7 days, the customer will be guaranteed a full refund. However, if the client does not respond within 5 days, we reserve the right to cancel all refunds. Multiple failures to respond/communicate by the client may also lead to cancellation of all refunds.
**Website Development**
Website development may take up to 15 to 20 days unless a specific timeframe is agreed upon. If this timeframe is reached and the website is not ready, the client may request a refund, excluding the TAT (Turnaround Time) for the initial mockup/design. For TAT, please refer to the Terms and Conditions. Refund requests may be denied if any of the following have occurred: – The website test/concept has been worked upon. – The website has been designed, developed, or deployed live. – Any work has been done on the website, even for a day or two.
– The initial logo or E-book design concept has been provided.
**ACH Payments and Wire Transfers**
All ACH payments, wire transfers, and other global or local bank transfers over $999 are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy ensures efficient resource allocation and financial security.
**Booking and Upfront Fees**
All booking or upfront fees for any service are non-refundable. This policy fairly compensates Three Sixty Logo for reserving resources and time, mitigating losses due to cancellations or no-shows.
**Non-Refundable Situations**
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations: – Cancellation due to reasons unrelated to the project. – The client has approached another company or designer for the same project. – The creative brief lacks required information. – A complete design change has been requested. – The payment is for domain and hosting services. – The refund request exceeds the allowed time span. – The business is closing or changing its name or structure. – Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with a partner’, or other non-service-related reasons.
**Service Bundles and Partial Refunds**
If you subscribe to a service bundle and are dissatisfied with a particular service, the refund will only apply to that service, not the entire bundle. Once multiple sets of revisions for any service have been accepted, the client may be entitled to a 50% refund after discussion with their Project Manager. Refund approval will be at the discretion of Three Sixty Logo management, and the final decision will be binding.
**Cancellation Fees**
Cancellations of orders prior to project initiation for reasons unrelated to the design service will be subject to a 33% administrative cancellation fee.
**Ownership Certificate and Intellectual Property Rights**
If you purchased a design package without an ownership certificate or intellectual property rights, Three Sixty Logo retains ownership as per industry standards. To acquire these rights, an additional agreement and payment are required. No refunds will be provided if you later request ownership rights without prior agreement and payment.
